On Global Governance                  

Recently a number of our church members have asked me questions about events leading up to the return of our Lord Jesus Christ. Most of the people who truly believe the Bible (KJV) have an understanding that the return of our Lord is soon to take place. They are less certain about the events that will bring us to the day that event will occur. There is a dearth of teaching on those issues today. This is a shame because your daily newspaper and Bible prophecy find that in this day they are speaking about the same kinds of things. Then there are the events that take place behind the headlines you seldom hear about.

In 1966, a Georgetown University professor, Carroll Quigley published a big book about the elite Network which he said controls America. His book approved of their plan for global or world control to supersede our self-government. His book had a profound effect on one of his students named Bill Clinton. When he became President in 1992 he pushed for several United Nations treaties previous Presidents had rejected designed to control human behavior, energy consumption, private property, and natural resources. President Clinton issues a secret order (PDD 25) to place American armed forces under foreign command and in foreign uniforms. (several soldiers were removed for refusal to violate their oath of allegiance to the Unites States) He began using U.S. troops as global cps and social workers. His administration steadily put American trade and property under the control of international organizations. Today, we do not even own our own national parks.

The events cited above and many others are important steps toward a day when a man of sin will be revealed that will rule the world through a One World Global Governance. We know him in the Bible as the Antichrist. Do you know the Scripture well enough to recognize the events that take place as significant to the last days and the ultimate return of our Lord Jesus Christ? Scripture teaches it is a shame for a believer to not recognize the Signs of the Times. Did you know that if you are studying a so-called modern translation, the signs of these last days may be so perverted or distorted as to render them unrecognizable or even prophetic? Isn’t it strange that the best is still the reliable KJV?
