The Rulings of Judges that Create Law Are a Cause for Concern.

In recent years we have seen more and more Federal Judges and not a few State Judges become politically active in their findings. Judges are supposed to be objective. Like the scribes of old they are supposed to read the law and give it explanation, not create new law, or change the meaning of existing law. Unfortunately this has not been the case since so many liberal judges with a godless agenda has been appointed to the bench.

Recently we saw evidence of how far these men and women of perverted thinking will go in order to establish and maintain their grip on the American people. I am speaking of the rulings from the bench in California that sought to stop the people of that State from exercising their will. They desired to maintain the liberal grip on California that has brought the sixth most powerful economy in the world to the brink of collapse. The supposed issue was whether the same balloting equipment that was used to put the present governor into office was trustworthy enough to accept its tally if the people chose to vote him out. The real issue was whether the liberals could hold power if not by fair means then by foul

Let me share with you what one of the founding fathers of the United States had to say on the matter of elections: "...we should be unfaithful to ourselves if we should ever lose sight of the danger to our liberties if anything partial or extraneous should infect the purity of our free, fair, and virtuous elections. If an election is to be determined by a majority of a single vote and that can be procured by a party through artifice or corruption, the Government may be the choice of a party for its own ends, not the nation for the national good." - John Adams The same judges antagonistic to political freedom are, for the most part, opposed to religious freedom when the freedom in question is Christian. America will never be safe for Christianity or freedom till they are removed from every courtroom in the land.
